Responsibility
- Medical overall responsibility for the location. Together with your team, you ensure high-quality, patient-oriented and efficient dermatological care.
- Professional development of the medical services offered. They recognize relevant developments at an early stage and successfully integrate them into everyday hospital life.
- Active participation in strategic and operational location development. They combine medical quality with business responsibility.
- Maintenance and expansion of the referral network as well as sustainable cooperation with established doctors and other partners in the healthcare sector.
- Coordinated forwarding and close cooperation with the relevant departments on interdisciplinary issues.
Requirements
- Specialist title dermatology and venerology with proven experience in classical dermatology (conservative and surgical).
- Leadership experience or clearly identifiable potential and motivation to take on a leadership role.
- Entrepreneurial, independent working method with a high level of understanding of quality and services.
- Strong social and communication skills towards patients, employees and internal and external partners.
- Interest in aesthetic dermatology is beneficial.
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
