Activities

• Independent setup, operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines
• Programming of CNC machines with Heidenhain and Fanuc controllers
• Creating and optimizing CNC programs with Mastercam
• Manufacture of individual parts and small and medium series
• Quality control of manufactured parts (measurement, inspection, documentation)
• Ongoing process optimization and ensuring the required quality
• Maintenance and maintenance of machinery and equipment

Requirements

• Completed polymechanical training or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in CNC milling are advantageous
• Sound knowledge of Heidenhain and/or Fanuc control systems
• Experience with Mastercam or comparable CAM software
• Independent, precise and reliable working method
• Technical understanding and high quality awareness
• Team-capable, flexible and resilient
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
