Compliance with process, quality and hygiene regulations Requirements:
Completed basic training as a meat specialist / meat specialist EFZ/EBA, cook / cook or similar of advantage
Experience in handling food and high quality and hygiene awareness
Flexibility in terms of working hours and used to working in cool temperatures Good knowledge of German
Good physical condition as well as an independent and forward working method Technical understanding of plant operation
