• Management and cooperation in strategic, medical and soH-wide projects including time and budget controlling
• Analysis and cross-site processing of medical, clinical, qualitative and operational data as a basis for strategic leadership and management decisions
• Development of well-founded research, decision-making basis, reports and presentations for the Medical Directorate and the strategy of the soH
• Participation in the development of new care models, quality initiatives and cross-organisational management, governance and decision-making processes
• Representation of the Medical Director in medical-strategic issues and committees as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with medicine, care, administration and other partners and presentation of results to management and executive committees

• Medical studies or health economics at master level
• Mind. 3 years of clinical professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the structures of an acute hospital
• Proven experience in managing strategic, cross-location projects
• Strong analytical skills in handling clinical data and statistics
• Convincing presentation skills, diplomatic skills and teamwork
