With your organizational talent and your leadership, you coordinate the processes along the line, ensure compliance with the cycle times and keep quality and deadlines under control at all times.
They ensure that our buses are completed on time and in perfect quality. Your tasks
Overall responsibility for the production line in terms of output, quality and cycle time
Monitoring and coordination of production groups in line production and consistent processing of open points in the production chain
Leadership and development of employees in the line
Resource and operational planning including absenteeism and holiday coordination
Ensuring a timely production process by maintaining cycle times
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process standards
Monitoring and control of the line indicators (hour, quality, etc.)
Coordination with different interfaces (planning, logistics, mechanics, electrics, diagnosis, quality)
