- Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktionslinie hinsichtlich Output, Qualität und Taktzei
- Überwachung und Koordination der Produktionsgruppen in der Linienproduktion und konsequente Bearbeitung offener Punkte in der Produktionskette

Main responsibilities
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktionslinie hinsichtlich Output, Qualität und Taktzei
- Überwachung und Koordination der Produktionsgruppen in der Linienproduktion und konsequente Bearbeitung offener Punkte in der Produktionskette
- Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter in der Linie
- Ressourcen- und Einsatzplanung inkl. Absenzen- und Urlaubskoordination
- Sicherstellung eines termingerechten Produktionsablaufs durch Einhaltung der Taktzeiten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessstandards
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Linien-Kennzahlen (Std., Qualität etc.)
- Koordination mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen (Planung, Logistik, Mechanik, Elektrik, Diagnose, Qualität)
- Verantwortung für Lean-Management-Methoden auf Linienebene inkl. 5S, KVP und Prozessoptimierungen
- Durchführung und Mitarbeit bei Qualitätsbewertungen sowie Dokumentation der Qualitätsanforderungen
