Tasks

• You are responsible for the secure, stable and efficient operation of the IT services and develop them continuously with your team, external partners and the specialist areas.
• You ensure a modern, resilient IT infrastructure and anchor information security, business continuity and disaster recovery in the challenging banking environment.
• You lead internal and external specialists and together with them ensure reliable, customer-oriented IT services.
• You consistently manage providers and service providers according to quality, efficiency, regulatory compliance and business benefits.
• You prioritize business requirements and translate technical issues into concrete solutions and added value for the bank.
• You work closely with management, departments, compliance, risk management and external partners.
• You will participate in strategic projects and advance topics such as Hybrid Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, IT Service Management, Outsourcing and Cyber Security.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable further education as well as several years of professional and managerial experience in the IT environment.
• You bring in-depth experience in IT operations, service management or IT services, ideally in the banking or financial environment and related to core banking systems such as Avaloq.
• You understand regulatory requirements such as FINMA requirements, data protection, banking secrecy, outsourcing and operational risks and can anchor them effectively in IT practice.
• You convince through strong stakeholder and provider management, a secure appearance towards management, departments and external service providers as well as the ability to develop stable, secure and economic IT services.
• You think strategically and entrepreneurially, act strongly and customer-oriented and can translate technical questions into business benefits in an understandable way
• You can speak German with confidence in negotiations, good knowledge of English and French is an advantage.
