Tasks

As Head of Credit Counselling Center, you assume responsibility for the quality and further development of the credit business in a demanding key role. At the interface of banking, insurance and sales, you and your team ensure that credit transactions are conducted efficiently, customer-oriented and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. At the same time, you actively promote the further development of our organization.

• Leadership, development and promotion of an area with around 50 employees
• Exercise of far-reaching credit and decision-making competences in the mortgage business within the defined rules of competence
• Active participation in strategic projects as well as in internal and cross-divisional expert committees
• Representation of the credit advisory centre towards sales organisations and specialist areas
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal credit policies and compliance requirements
• Continuous optimization and further development of processes, structures and processes in the lending business
• Analysis of market, sector and competitive developments as well as derivation of potential for action and improvement
• Active participation in the strategic development of our mortgage business

Requirements

• Completed banking training with a higher professional banking or business education
• Several years of experience in a senior position in the credit or mortgage business as well as in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements
• Leadership experience or proven potential for a demanding leadership function, combined with high social skills, empathy and persuasion
• Strong process understanding, experience in complex organizational structures and an analytical, networked and solution-oriented way of thinking
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland
• German or French at native level with very good knowledge of the other language (at least level C1), knowledge of Italian is an advantage
