Tasks

Are you an experienced person in the pension sector and want to take on responsibility, lead a team and at the same time stay close to day-to-day business? In this versatile leadership role, you will be responsible for the technical and personnel management of a team of four employees. You spend around three quarters of your work in day-to-day operational business and contribute your specialist knowledge directly to the processing of complex pension cases. At the same time, you will further develop your team, optimize processes and actively shape the future of our pension services. This combination of leadership responsibility and operational expertise makes the function particularly varied.

• You lead and develop your team of four employees professionally and personally.
• You are responsible for the management and administration of business cases in the tied pension plan (2nd and 3rd pillars) including accounting and annual financial statements.
• You ensure the correct processing of payouts, for example in the case of transfers, self-employment, retirement, emigration, disability and death.
• You handle WEF and divorce cases competently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You support and advise our customer advisors on all pension issues.
• You continuously develop existing processes and actively promote digitalization in the pension sector.
• You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the pension system.

Requirements

• Several years of experience and in-depth specialist knowledge in the area of tied pension provision (2nd and 3rd pillar), ideally with appropriate further training
• Initial leadership experience or demonstrable potential and motivation to take on a leadership role
• Analytical and networked thinking skills, a high level of initiative and quick comprehension
• A structured, independent and quality-conscious way of working
• Business fluent German
• Knowledge of French is a clear advantage in the national context
