Tasks

• Specialists in the field of food technology process raw materials industrially into food.
• During your training, you will learn processes such as mixing, crushing, moulding, heat treatment and cooling. You continue to process raw materials according to predefined recipes and support the experts in the processing. You monitor the processing and packaging facilities. Strict safety and hygiene regulations apply to all work steps. Therefore, you control the quality of the products and check the food in terms of quality, appearance, smell, taste and packaging.

• Joy in dealing with food, production facilities and physical work
• Good sense of smell and taste and careful working methods
• Readiness to start work early
