The Staff Office is responsible as a transversal office for all personnel matters of the cantonal administration.

The Legal Service Department is the contact point for all personnel law issues in the cantonal administration.

For the Legal Service department, we are looking for a lawyer, 80%, immediately or by agreement at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility

Key requirements

  • They have a university degree in law (lic.iur. or MLaw) and have several years of professional experience in the legal environment, ideally in public personnel and administrative law.
  • For challenging questions, you can draw on your broad expertise and your in-depth knowledge of human resources / employment law.
  • A self-responsible and precise working method, supplemented by a high level of social competence, distinguishes you and counts among your strengths.
  • You see yourself as an internal service provider with a high willingness to perform and work solution- and team-oriented.
  • Negotiation skills as well as a strong communication and consulting competence in German round off your profile.
