The Cantonal Bankruptcy Office in Oensingen performs the tasks of bankruptcy law enforcement in the Canton of Solothurn. For the Cantonal Bankruptcy Office, we are looking for a legal employee, 80-100%, at the Oensingen location.

Your responsibility

• Independently, you carry out bankruptcy proceedings with a high degree of difficulty on natural and legal persons as well as on rejected inheritances.
• They assume responsibility for all the tasks of bankruptcy proceedings.
• Supervisors and employees support you with challenging procedural and legal issues.
• They make investigations into bankruptcy offences and write criminal complaints to the competent authorities.
• In your function, you are in close and active contact with customers and authorities.

Your profile

• They have a completed law degree and good IT knowledge.
• Ideally, you have already proven your expertise in practice and can demonstrate experience in debt recovery and bankruptcy law.
• They have a secure appearance, can negotiate skillfully and prevail if necessary.
• Flexibility, balance and an eye for priorities set you apart in a lively work environment.
• They like to work independently and enjoy taking on responsibility for a demanding, interesting and extremely versatile area of responsibility.
