Application process
- You are responsible for the E2E optimization and management of the partner performance in Drop Shipping (fulfilment of the customer promise price, quantity & date, application, implementation & optimization of the SLAs) as well as a standardized and highly automated design of the process order-to-cash.
- You are responsible for the monitoring of orders, validation, processing and on-time execution of processes & tasks.
- Through close cooperation with our distribution companies you are confidently representing our company interests even in the face of challenges.
- You are jointly responsible for planning, coordination, documentation and implementation of partner loyalty according to prioritization.
- You are working on solutions for the further development of the supply chain monitoring system in master data & partner management and the corresponding data base, design of dynamic KPI Dashboards for the control of value creation.
- You have a distinct affinity for the optimization of the supply chain, analysis of business processes using lean management methods.
- You take responsibility for ensuring the representation of your colleagues.
- You actively and aggressively address various projects in your area of responsibility and are ready to process short-term inquiries quickly.
