- Facilitate transversal work between departments in a matrial organization, between sectors and divisions both locally and in all regions of Switzerland.
- This function is sought in the context of the definition of industrialization of projects for the modernization and revision of rolling stock and covers a fixed-term contract of 3 years.
- What you can move.
- Lead complex projects in the maintenance and modernization of our fleets by defining implementation activities, operational and economic objectives.
- Define processes, prepare documentation and forge the employees involved.
- You are responsible for the definition and creation of the Supply Chain, with particular attention to Standardization, process optimization, keeping the time and production costs defined, following the company strategy and with an end-to-end vision.
- The solutions, methods identified and implemented must be sustainable in all areas using FFS Best Practices; applying waste elimination using Lean techniques including 5S.
- You are the reference person in all business areas until the end of the industrialization phase, oversights, monitors and undertakes the necessary measures to maintain the costs, quality and time defined to complete customer satisfaction and setting up the necessary reports for stakeholders.
