Application process
- You have overall responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of IT projects in the area of HR applications (e.g.
- SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning) as well as corporate service applications (e.g.
- Finance, Legal, Facility Management, Collaboration Tools)
- You proactively identify risks, dependencies and optimization potential along the end-to-end processes (hire-to-retire, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report etc.)
- You work closely with HR, Finance and Corporate Functions and translate technical requirements into sustainable IT solutions
- You manage internal and external partners (e.g. Implementation partner, SaaS provider)
- You establish and further develop agile project and delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches)
- You ensure high data quality, integration stability and user experience across system boundaries
