Company and context
- You are the driving force in the organization, coordination and further development of our production-specific onboarding program.
- You ensure that new colleagues make a smooth and motivating start.
- You accompany the participants through their first days, are the contact person for questions and build the bridge between the Academy and production.
- You actively support us in the conception and design of modern training modules and create target-group-oriented, clear training materials.
- You take over the independent handling of administrative processes (e.g. smart calendar management, resource planning and material procurement for training purposes) and vote Stay close to the different production lines. Who you are
- You are matriculated or have Completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of adult education, pharmacy, media / communication sciences or economics, within the last 12 months and are interested in using your knowledge in a 12-month internship with a workload of at least 80% in a modern working environment, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.
- In addition, you round off your profile with the following competencies: Quick understanding
