- Processing, coordination and implementation of orders for creating, maintaining and updating intranet pages (content management)
- Ensuring comprehensible, structured and timely publication of content on the intranet
- Support internal departments in creating and preparing contributions for the employee app
- Advising internal contacts: in the content, language and channel-oriented preparation of content
- Examination of content for completeness, quality, comprehensibility and compliance with editorial specifications as well as coordination of corrections, adjustments and approvals with the participating departments and administrative support in the creation of the employee magazine (print) Requirements
- Completed commercial education or training as a mediamatist:in
- Service orientation and enjoyment of working with different internal contacts:
- Structured, independent, reliable and accurate working methods as well as organisational skills and strength in the coordination and implementation of orders
- Resilience and overview also for several parallel assignments as well as enjoyment of digital content and editorial and linguistic tasks
- Secure use of digital communication channels and content management systems;
