Requirements

• Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable function
• Completed basic or continuing education: Eidg. Diploma of language didactic training mandatory (e.g. SVEB 1 for language course leaders or CAS DaF/DaZ) Proven teaching experience with foreign-speaking adults preferably DaZ lessons
• Customer-oriented, well-groomed and courteous appearance
• Independent, flexible and reliable personality
• Provide specialist knowledge varied, participant- and goal-oriented and inspire enthusiasm
• SVEB certificate instructor or analogue training
• Ability to incorporate digital media into teaching
• Willingness to teach both on-site and online
• German (flowing)

Recruitment process

• Expert Discussion: In a specialist discussion, specific knowledge relevant for the execution of the job is requested by the manager and/or another specialist and, if necessary, the team. If possible, there is time to get to know the workplace and team better in a free conversation. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
