Work Flexibility: Onsite In your new role as a CNC machiner (m/w/d) in our programming team, you will have a significant impact on the further development of our CNC production. They combine technical know-how with process understanding, optimize long-winding processes, drive new manufacturing strategies ahead and, together with the team, ensure efficient, stable production. • Optimize our CNC manufacturing processes in the field of long turning (STAR, TORNOS, Citizen) with a focus on quality, efficiency and plant availability
• Creating, editing and closing CNC amendments and the independent implementation of initial samples
• Main responsibility for ordering tools, consumption and operating media within the cell
• Create and maintain the insert sheets as well as production-relevant technical documentation
• Support for the shopfloors during installation and for faults, fault analyses and technical explanations
• Coordinate external service and supplier operations and act as a technical contact person
• Accompanying machine operations and introducing new processes and plants
• Support in the development and industrialization of new products in cooperation with Engineering and Advanced Operations
• They actively contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives, identify optimization potentials and implement measures That draws you Required qualifications
• Complete technical training (e.g. mechanics, machining, polymechanics or similar)
• At least 5 years of well-founded experience in setting up and entering CNC machines, including problem and causes diagnosis, ideally in the long-running process
• Very good mechanical and process engineering knowledge in CNC processing
• Self-employed and structured working methods as well as a high level of quality awareness and strong willingness to take responsibility
• Clear communication, flexibility and confident handling of changing requirements
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Very good German knowledge and basic knowledge of English Preferred qualifications
• Experience in a manufacturing company in the medical technology industry
• Competence in the Langdreh process
• Experience with CAD systems
