You will be supporting the entire process of the mortgage business for our private customers: Consulting, credit analysis, contract administration, management and supervision of the works, broadening the customer relationship - everything in its place! Thanks to our close professional collaboration with our business partners, we ensure that our customers are supported in an optimal way. We consider quality as the basis for effective processes - that's why you always keep an eye on quality and actively bring your ideas for continuous improvement. Aufgaben:

• You make decisions within your competence regarding financing requests (real estate estimates, financial capacity, etc.) for clean-use items.
• You advise customers and colleagues in our bank branches on all issues related to mortgage transactions.
• You take on the administrative tasks related to our field and contribute actively to the smooth running of mortgage business.
• You are responsible for your credit portfolio and are part of a team of specialists.
• You are actively involved in projects within our department. Anforderungen: As part of the new organization of our credit advisory centre and its transformation phase, we need temporary support. This position is for a fixed period of time until the end of 2027 with the possibility of extension. We particularly appreciate the applications of young talent (e.g. former apprentices) and of people close to retirement who want to put their extensive experience at the service of our team. In concrete terms, you answer the following profile:
• You have completed basic (or equivalent) business training in a bank or insurance company and have several years of experience in managing construction and/or mortgage loans at a Swiss bank or insurance company
• You have good German knowledge in a multilingual working environment.
• You have an extraverted and empathic nature
• You like to interact with your customers
• You have a sense of responsibility, analytical thinking and ensure the quality of your work
