- Your responsibilities
- Ensuring professional HR administration throughout the Employee Lifecycle, from entry through mutations to exit
- Completed basic commercial training as well as an HR-specific further education preferably with a federal HR specialist certificate
- Several years of professional experience in an administrative HR function
Main responsibilities

- Ensuring professional HR administration throughout the Employee Lifecycle, from entry through mutations to exit
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract and wage adjustments, employment certificates, employment confirmations and other personnel-related documents
- Maintaining and managing HR data and documents in SAP SuccessFactors, Abacus, Centric and SharePoint
- Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Payroll as well as internal and external contacts
- Participation in the further development of HR processes, digital solutions and SharePoint content Participation in HR projects
Key requirements
- Completed basic commercial training as well as an HR-specific further education preferably with a federal HR specialist certificate
- Several years of professional experience in an administrative HR function
- Sound MS Office knowledge, high digital affinity, experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Abacus
- Service-oriented, responsible personality with a structured and careful way of working and a high level of teamwork
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English advantageous Your benefits
