- You drive forward the development of managers and employees in a targeted manner and promote a performance-oriented and forward-looking talent landscape
- You are responsible for the effective implementation of central HR core processes in your care area and actively contribute to the development of your core HR processes.
- Further development of strategic HR initiatives
- You develop and support employee retention measures and contribute to the sustainable strengthening of cooperation
- You work in local and cross-location HR projects and maintain close cooperation with the HR team in Switzerland
- You provide professional, trustful and solution-oriented support in daily exchange with employees and executives secure your profile
- HR certificate or university degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on human resources, Business administration or similar subject area
- Several years of experience as HR business partner or comparable role, ideally in an industrial environment
- Team-oriented personality with strategic mindset, strong implementation strength, networked thinking and good knowledge of Swiss labour law
