HESS - The Swiss pioneer in vehicle construction As a leading Swiss company for the development, manufacture and repair of vehicles and kits, we employ 600 people in Bellach (SO). In addition to our local production, we support and supply license partners on five continents with our "Co-Bolt" modular system. To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a flexible and committed personality to handle a wide range of personnel and administration tasks.
Do you have a commercial education, have initial professional experience in HR and are you a service-oriented personality? We offer you a varied activity in a lively environment. Their tasks
- Responsibility for managing time and absence management
- Executing a wide range of HR tasks in the onboarding and offboarding process
- Creating job offers, employment contracts, confirmations, employment certificates as well as obtaining permits, registration/deregistration with social insurance, etc.
- Self-employed management of the payroll of a subsidiary
- Support in personnel development (organisation of training courses, preparation of the training plan, preparation of further education agreements)
- Organisation and coordination of business trips, meetings and events
- Participation in the implementation of HR projects
- Assumption of further versatile HR and administration tasks
Our requirements
- Completed commercial training with affinity and initial experience in HR
- Resilience, organisational skills and independence
- Loyal and communicative personality
- Independent, reliable and service-oriented working method
- Good IT knowledge (MS-Office, ERP-System)
- Teamwork, friendly appearance
- Good knowledge of German (other languages beneficial)
