- You process inquiries via HR portal, chat, e-mail or telephone and provide professional support to our customers.
- You will quickly find suitable solutions or coordinate cooperation with the relevant HR departments.
- You administer HR processes and ensure their timely, correct implementation as well as the maintenance of relevant data in SAP and SuccessFactors.
- You take responsibility for defined HR topics and processes and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- You are actively involved in HR projects and process optimizations and contribute ideas for the continuous development of our services. What you bring
- Basic commercial training, ideally supplemented by HR training
- 2–5 years of experience in the HR environment, preferably in the HR Service Center, HR Operations or in a comparable service function
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as a flexible, solution-oriented working method
- High IT affinity, fast comprehension and interest in digital HR systems (preferably with SAP and/or SuccessFactors) and processes Very good knowledge of German and English; French or Italian are a plus Your contact
