- Manage, motivate and allocate tasks within your team according to the priorities of the project.
- Adapt execution to the constraints of the terrain and ensure availability, condition and proper use of equipment.
- Monitor the conformity of work, optimize the use of materials and maintain a clean and secure work area.
- Strictly enforce safety rules, verify the use of PPE and stop work in case of imminent danger.
- To carry out the metres, to trace the information to the site manager and to assist in the administrative monitoring of the site.
- Train, support and evaluate employees, while ensuring quality, timeliness and good practices. Profile
- Training in electricity or building engineering (electrician, locksmith, heating operator, etc.).
- Strong field experience (5 years) in the strong current and/or industrial infrastructure (energy rails, BT/MT).
