For our new outlet in Oensingen, we are looking for a dedicated, sales-oriented personality who takes on responsibility, enjoys working with people and brings his own ideas within the given framework conditions. As a manager, you lead the operational operations, work actively in sales and together with your team ensure a shopping experience that convinces our customers. At the same time, you have the opportunity to help shape the new location, identify opportunities and develop the outlet step by step. Tasks:

• Active cooperation in sales as well as friendly and competent advice to our customers
• Leadership, promotion and support of the outlet team
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Organisation and control of cash register, receipt of goods and availability of goods
• Responsibility for an attractive and promotional presentation of goods
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and hygiene and cooling regulations
• Responsibility for achieving the defined sales, margin and personnel cost targets
• Active cooperation in sales promotion measures and activities around the outlet
• Recognizing customer needs and sales opportunities
• Introducing your own ideas during the construction and further development of the new location Requirements:
• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the food sector
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take the next career step
• Joy of active sales and direct customer contact
• An independent, reliable and solution-oriented working method
• Willingness to take responsibility and at the same time take action yourself
• Own initiative and pleasure in helping to shape a new location
• Entrepreneurial thinking in day-to-day operations
• Very good knowledge of German, French is an advantage
• Flexibility for operations within opening hours from Monday to Saturday
