• Representation of the Head of Nursing Service during absences and taking over defined tasks
• Responsibility for bed planning and coordination of personnel assignments within the approved establishment plan including skill and grade mix
• Direct management and support of staff in the subordinate areas (hospital hygiene and infection prevention, wound care expertise, social counselling and case management) as well as cooperation in case management.

• Ensure and further develop the quality of care at the site
• Engagement in the strategic and operational development of interprof-essional processes
• Leadership and cooperation in projects at the site and at the level of Solothurner Spitäler AG in coordination with the Head of Care Service and ensuring a positive workplace culture at the site and a partnership in the interprof-essional and interdisciplinary area Profile Profile
• Dipl.

Care specialist or nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent training (with foreign diploma with SRK recognition)

• Supplementary training in management and personnel management in the health care sector, preferably a MAS degree or on the way to it
• Perennial professional and management experience in outpatient and inpatient care in acute somatics
• Good business management and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• High social skills and modern management understanding as a team-capable, empathic and resilient personality
