Main responsibilities

- You maintain the excellent reputation of Spital Lachen's hospitality and gastronomy and deliberately build on it further.
- Together with your department heads, you lead your four departments — Kitchen, Restaurant, Guest Services, and Cleaning — and create a motivating, attractive working environment for around 80 employees.
- You ensure high-quality and innovative services that you and your employees can be proud of.
- In doing so, you succeed day after day in balancing service quality, cost-efficiency, and regulatory requirements.
- You have the opportunity to successfully implement groundbreaking and innovative projects for the entire hospital, such as Serve-on-Demand or the planned kitchen renovation.
- You report directly to the COO and develop relevant decision-making bases.
Key requirements
- You are a professional and likeable hotelier.
- Ideally experience in the hospital sector and knowledge of the specific requirements of services for patients
- Proven experience in managing managers and developing teams of around 80 employees
- In-depth skills in project management and change management
- Digital affinity and ability to use key figures as management and steering tools
- High resilience, hands-on mentality, and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German; additional languages are an advantage
