Company and context
- Leadership, organization and further development of the regional Safety & Security Organization East with several locations and assigned Safety & Security Officers
- Ensuring uniform implementation of Group-wide specifications, standards and processes in the areas of safety, security, environment, crisis management and business continuity management
- Responsibility for operational management and continuous optimisation of the security organisation and regional processes
- Perform security inspections, risk analyses, audits and vulnerability analyses as well as follow-up of the defined measures
- Responsibility for emergency, crisis and incident management including planning and conducting exercises and coordinating events
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements in the areas of safety, security and environment
- Advising and supporting managers and locations in all matters of security, risk, environmental and crisis management
- Cooperation with authorities, blue light organisations, customers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Integration of safety, environmental and business continuity requirements into projects, operational processes and change projects as well as support for sustainability initiatives
