- Together with the medical and business management, you assume strategic, organizational and nursing responsibility for the Universitary Heart Center.

Requirements
- Diploma completed as a nurse HF/FH with a relevant master’s degree (e.g.
in nursing science, management in healthcare or advanced practice nursing)
- Several years of leadership experience in a complex, highly specialized hospital organization, ideally in the field of cardiology or cardiac surgery
- Strong leadership, communication and change skills as well as the ability to inspire people for common goals
- Decision-making strength, entrepreneurial thinking and a high implementation orientation
- Enjoying interprofessional collaboration and the ability to make relationships sustainable at eye level
