Company and context
- As Head:In commercial facility management, you take the professional and personnel management of a Swiss-wide organizational unit of 8 directly and about 85 indirectly subordinated employees:inside.
- You actively advance the strategic development of commercial facility management and set targeted priorities such as in digitalisation. A significant part of your role is partner and owner management.
- You work and develop relationships with owners, third-party tenants and landlords and ensure professional cooperation.
- You are responsible for coordination and cooperation with the various regional leaders:In the form of Facility Management, you ensure that resources are efficiently managed and optimized.
- As a member of the management team, Facility Management, you take responsibility for the development of the Post Facility Management.
- This will help you to successfully master this exciting challenge by providing you with a comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) or Real Estate Management (REM) for several years of professional and management experience in commercial real estate management.
- You will have completed further training such as MAS in real estate management, Eidg.
- Dipl.
- Immobilientreuhänder:in or a comparable qualification.
- In order to promote active and positive cooperation, a willingness to travel throughout Switzerland is required.
