• Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH, DN II or AKP or equivalent foreign degree with SRC recognition
• management experience and training or willingness to complete such
• Experience on an acute care unit, preferably on a medical or acute care unit
• High social skills and a modern understanding of leadership Good organizational and communication skills
• Intercultural competence and openness
