Tasks

• You organize various events, trial days, interviews and other activities around vocational training
• The responsibility of administrative supervision of our vocational training is in your hands and you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background
• Actively accompany the recruitment process of our future learners – from tendering to selection
• You manage and manage our time recording system and ensure correct data maintenance
• You are actively involved in apprenticeship marketing and help to present our apprenticeship positions visibly and attractively.
• You are the contact person for learners, vocational trainers and other internal positions and ensure an uncomplicated cooperation
• Projects and activities that further develop vocational training and promote our learners, you support

Profile

• You have completed vocational training as a merchant/merchant EFZ or bring commercial professional experience
• Oral and written you express yourself very well in German
• You have a good feeling for young people, approach people openly and enjoy accompanying young people on their way to working life
• Reliability, accuracy and a quick comprehension characterize you
• You like to work independently, structured and solution-oriented and get involved if there is something to organize
• Even if it gets hectic, you stay calm, set the right priorities and keep track.
• You are well-versed in dealing with MS Office and quickly integrate into new systems
