Work Flexibility: Onsite In this role, you actively shape the training of the next generation of professionals in the technical environment. They impart practical skills and accompany learners from training to successful completion. Your contribution ensures that future employees are optimally prepared for the requirements in the production environment. Our offer to you

• They carry out the practical and theoretical training of polymechanics and production mechanics
• They control and evaluate the tasks performed and the learning progress of the trainees
• They impart knowledge in manual and mechanical manufacturing technology
• You introduce learners to CNC technologies
• They support the preparation for partial and final examinations
• They participate in the recruitment of learners and organisation of professional fairs
• They document and evaluate the learning and performance development structured
• They promote development in the areas of technical, methodological, social and self-competence as well as in projects on lean and occupational safety That sets them apart. Required qualifications
• Completed vocational training as polymechanic EFZ
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the production environment
• Demonstrable knowledge of manual and mechanical manufacturing
• Experience in dealing with CNC technologies
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Preferred qualifications
• Further training in the technical environment (e.g. production specialist HF)
• Initial experience in the guidance or training of learners
• Experience in working on projects in the production environment Additional information
