Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Koordination von Baustellen.
Freude an selbstständiger Arbeit sowie Belastbarkeit und Übersicht auch in hektischen Situationen.
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Gleisbau. Ergänzt wird dies durch eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Gleisbau Vorarbeiterschule.
Bereitschaft zu unregelmässiger Arbeit im 24-Stunden-Betrieb der SBB – auch nachts und an Wochenenden. Deine Einsatzplanung erhältst du vier Wochen im Voraus.
Deine Deutschkenntnisse liegen mindestens auf Niveau C1 (mündlich und schriftlich) und du besitzt den Führerausweis Kat. B.
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rangierbegleiter:in Ai oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren sowie die bereitschaft zur Ausbildung als Sicherheitschef:in RTE 20100 bei entsprechender Eignung.

Enjoyment of independent work as well as resilience and overview even in hectic situations.
You have several years of practical experience in track construction.
This is supplemented by a successfully completed track construction foreman school.
Willingness to work irregularly in SBB's 24-hour operation - including at night and on weekends.
You will receive your deployment plan four weeks in advance.
Your German language skills are at least at level C1 (oral and written) and you have a driving license Category B.
