Main responsibilities

  • You work very autonomously, think analytically and in scenarios and fulfill your responsibilities with tangible commitment.

  • You have several years of experience in controlling and confidently use systems and tools for planning, reporting and analyses.
  • You have successfully completed university or HES studies in business management or finance and controlling, or technical training supplemented by training in business management.
  • You master German at least at C1 level.
  • You have knowledge of French at level B2 or are ready to refresh it.
  • Knowledge of Italian at level A2 is an advantage.

  • Vous maîtrisez l'allemand au minimum au niveau C1. Vous disposez de connaissances en français de niveau B2 ou êtes prêt·e à les rafraîchir. Des connaissances en italien de niveau A2 constituent un avantage.

  • As a Finance Business Partner, you financially manage expansion programs and ensure that projects are carried out in a targeted manner, on time and within budget.
  • For the Network Development department, you assume the role of Business Partner and, for Finance Infrastructure, you are the main contact for the Federal Office of Transport (FOT).
  • You maintain control of costs and deadlines in controlling and continuously develop risk management methods and instruments.
  • You are responsible for invoicing costs, establishing reliable multi-year planning and preparing recipient-friendly reporting for the Confederation and internal stakeholders.
  • Well-founded analyzes provide management with clear bases for decision-making and thus contribute to the successful implementation of programs.
  • You initiate improvements in financial controlling and program processes and standards and advance their implementation.
