- Aufgrund der laufend steigenden Anzahl Ausbildungsplätze suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein/n Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit 40
- Begleitung und Betreuung von Lernenden FaGe .
- Mitverantwortung für die Erreichung der Lernziele.
Main responsibilities
- Begleitung und Betreuung von Lernenden FaGe .
- Mitverantwortung für die Erreichung der Lernziele.
- Vermittlung beruflicher Handlungskompetenzen, Abnahme von Kompetenznachweisen und Durchführung der Beurteilungs- und Qualifikationsgespräche.
- Je nach Pensum Übernahme von Kundeneinsätzen im Bereich Grund- und Behandlungspflege, auch in anspruchsvollen und komplexen Situationen.
- Sie sind im Besitz eines Führerausweises Kategorie B sowie eines eigenen Autos. Das bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ.
- Weiterbildung als Berufsbildner/in oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
- Selbstständige, belastbare und mitdenkende Persönlichkeit.
- Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit. Was wir Ihnen bieten:
