- Medizinische Exzellenz trifft Führungskompetenz
- Fachärztliche Betreuung und Behandlung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Bereich der Allgemeinmedizin
- Diagnostik, Therapie und Prävention akuter sowie chronischer Erkrankungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von medizinischen sowie organisatorischen Strategien zur Weiterentwicklung des Praxisstandorts
- Führung und Förderung eines interdisziplinären Teams aus Ärztinnen, Ärzten, Pflege- und Praxispersonal
- Optimierung von Praxisabläufen und Qualitätssicherung in der Patientenversorgung
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Fachspezialistinnen und Fachspezialisten
- Repräsentation der Praxis in der medizinischen Fachwelt und im lokalen Gesundheitsnetzwerk
Key requirements
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit medizinischer Kompetenz
- Facharzttitel Allgemeine Innere Medizin (FMH oder äquivalent)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der hausärztlichen Versorgung von Vorteil
- Führungserfahrung oder Interesse an einer leitenden Tätigkeit in einer medizinischen Einrichtung
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Bereitschaft, einen Standort strategisch weiterzuentwickeln
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie an der Teamführung
