Main responsibilities
- You coordinate administrative tasks and provide operational support to streamline activities.
- You participate in coordinating the operation of the shopping center portfolio.
- You liaise with tenants and partners, write communications, receive and process requests; secures the correct receipt of key information. - locations and property administration via SAP-REFX.🛒You contribute to the management of works, the drafting of leases, transfers and amendments, as well as inventory and property administration using SAP-REFX.
- You take care of the correct signing process and physical and digital document management.
- You organize sessions, general meetings, write minutes and ensure the proper sharing of information.
- You participate in cross-functional projects of the Real Estate Asset Management team and projects dedicated to shopping centers. Required
- 3 years of experience in a similar function: or close to the real estate field.
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): commercial employee or real estate training (immostart or immobase type) a plus.
- You are comfortable with MS Office or Office 365 to effectively manage data and tasks. You know SAP-REFX (a real plus)
- You know how to prioritize, structure work and anticipate needs in a stressful environment.
