In this central function, you are responsible for initiatives to protect our employees, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote a proactive safety and environmental culture throughout the company.

- You can achieve this by ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations as well as internal guidelines Performing risk, hazard and environmental analyses including derivation of measures Planning and carrying out internal audits, inspections and environmental controls Investigating accidents and events as well as development of prevention measures Collaboration in sustainability and environmental projects as well as promotion of environmental culture Establishing and carrying out training on environmental and safety-related topics Advising and supporting managers and project teams on HSE issues Cooperation with authorities, auditors and external partners With a degree in environmental sciences, environmental technology, occupational safety or a comparable technical / natural sciences area (FH / university) Several years of professional experience in the HSE or environmental sector, ideally in industry, production or technical organizations In-depth knowledge of Swiss occupational safety and environmental legislation, including relevant regulations (e.g. accident and incident law, chemicals law, environmental protection law) Experience in carrying out risk analyses, hazard determinations as well as accident and event clarification, including derivation of measures Practice in the planning, implementation and follow-up of audits, inspections and internal inspections, ideally according to ISO 14001 \/ ISO 45001 Strong communication and consulting skills for supporting managers, project managers and employees in HSE matters Ability to create and carry out training on occupational safety, environment and sustainability, as well as analytical skills and experience in dealing with HSE indicators, reporting and continuous improvement Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English.
