- You manage and manage risk assessments (according to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EN ISO 12100) – from the first concept phase to the signed CE declaration of conformity.
- You will find hazards in mechanics, automation, fluid technology and high vacuum earlier than the others – and develop intelligent, slim protection solutions.
Main responsibilities
- You manage and manage risk assessments (according to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EN ISO 12100) – from the first concept phase to the signed CE declaration of conformity.
- You will find hazards in mechanics, automation, fluid technology and high vacuum earlier than the others – and develop intelligent, slim protection solutions.
- You are an esteemed safety sparring partner in interdisciplinary teams (construction, electrical engineering, software, project management) – not a "paragraph police officer, but solution of the case of the case of the case of the case of the case).
- You bring the knowledge of standards (especially EN ISO 13849, IEC 60204-1 ISO 1419, ISO 13849-1/-2,...) into the team in a practical and understandable way.
- You develop and plow our safety tools, checklists, templates (ideally Safexpert experience).
- You train and coach designers, automation engineers and project managers – this creates security competence throughout the company. Requirements:
- Completed studies (machinery, mechatronics, electrical engineering) or comparable qualifications (e.g. state-certified technician + additional training)
- Perennial relevant experience in machine safety / CE-Ko-Styling in special machine or plant construction
- Very good understanding of the current standard landscape (EN ISO 12100, 13849-1/-2, IEC 60204-1 ISO 1419, if applicable ISO 13855/13857 etc.)
- Experience with risk assessment software of advantage
