- Co-responsibility for ensuring the administrative services of the bank for the following areas: master data, document management, card processing, age of majority, tenant deposits, etc.
- Manage customer bases: processing and control master data opening, control customer opening documentation, management and processing of electronic documents, management of bank storage and messagelessness Control and release of bank accounts
Main responsibilities
- Co-responsibility for ensuring the administrative services of the bank for the following areas: master data, document management, card processing, age of majority, tenant deposits, etc.
- Manage customer bases: processing and control master data opening, control customer opening documentation, management and processing of electronic documents, management of bank storage and messagelessness Control and release of bank accounts
- Support and processing of payment transactions, domestic / foreign payments, incl. Payment settlement
- Acceptance of calls with focus on needs evaluation and correct forwarding and processing of customer orders and customer inquiries Managing Bank Storage and Newslessness Requirements
- Banking education or equivalent commercial education
- Experience in the back office and/or in customer advice of a bank
- Independent and responsible action with a high level of service and customer orientation
