What do you expect?

• Management of existing customer bases: mutation to master data, management of physical and electronic documents, resolution of customer bases
• Receiving calls with focus on needs evaluation and correct forwarding
• Processing of payment orders of customers: domestic/foreign payments, internal bank payments, check, bill of exchange and make the necessary error clarifications. Processing of interbank payments
• Management of internal bank accounts (main accounts and settlement accounts)
• Accounting of accounts payable and accounts payable
• Management of the various payment systems
• Assistance to employees with regard to payment transactions/systems
• Total card management incl. Appointment, maintenance and support of employees

What do you bring?

• Completed banking education beneficial or comparable
• A strong sense of quality and responsibility with a structured, precise working method
• Enjoying process-oriented tasks
• High willingness to learn and develop combined with good team and communication skills
• Microsoft Office skills
