You will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating sampling as well as communicating with internal and external laboratories
You support in the validation and verification of processes as well as in the maintenance and creation of documents
You create and conduct training courses on topics such as hygiene, GHP and food safety independently and thus strengthen quality awareness in the team
In addition, you will maintain a close cooperation with the Head of Quality Management of the goods group Logistics

Preferably completed studies or training in food technology or equivalent qualification
You bring professional experience in the quality management of a production or logistics company, ideally in the meat industry

You are IT-savvy and move safely in digital applications.
Dealing with MS Office is a matter of course for you.
SAP knowledge (ERP) is desirable.
EWM knowledge is a plus.
You have a quick apprehension and are able to quickly grasp complex relationships and processes and to internalize them sustainably.
Your way of working is structured, reliable and always solution-oriented with a high sense of responsibility
You enjoy working in a team and helping to shape and optimize existing processes
Finally, you bring good German skills in word and writing, knowledge of French is a plus
