For our new location in Oberbuchsiten, we are looking for logistics specialists who independently understand, safely execute and take responsibility for processes in a food business. In this way, you actively shape structures, standards and processes right from the start.

• You pick and palletize finished products according to the order and ensure a timely delivery.
• You prepare freight forwarding orders, handle them cleanly and ensure correct documentation.
• You organize packing and packaging materials and ensure timely availability in daily business.
• You process returns, register them in the locked warehouse and coordinate the further steps with the quality assurance.
• You take over the collection and transfer of goods and materials with chauffeurs and ensure a smooth process.
• You consistently comply with hygiene, quality and biosafety requirements and actively participate in the ongoing improvement of logistics processes at the new location.
• You operate forklift trucks such as cross-seat and drawbar trucks safely in daily use.

Requirements

• You have experience in a storage, picking or production logistics environment, ideally in the food industry. You understand logistical processes and their connections, from incoming goods to picking and packaging to transport and returns.
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): You have completed vocational training in the logistics or warehouse sector or have several years of practical experience in this environment.
• You have good to very good knowledge of German in word and writing, at least at level B2.
• You implement work instructions and process specifications independently, correctly and reliably.
• You have a valid forklift for cross-seat and/or drawbar trucks or are ready to purchase it at short notice.
• You work reliably, carefully and responsibly and convince through teamwork and flexibility.
• You are ready to work in two shift operation (early and late shift) as well as in the refrigerator at 4 degrees and at normal room temperature.
• German (very good knowledge)

• Final discussion before issuing the contract: Before the contract is issued, we hold a final discussion in order to clarify open questions of both sides and to regulate contractual details. If all points are clarified, the written offer follows. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
