Your tasks

• You support your caregiver in renting apartments as well as drawing up rental contracts and listings
• You have rain telephone contact with tenants, tenants, craftsmen, etc.
• You deal with various customer concerns
• You help with the preparation and implementation of apartment acceptances / transfers
• You get a comprehensive insight into real estate accounting
• You create various correspondence and complete general administrative tasks

Your profile

• You have completed secondary school I with good to very good performance
• You have good manners and express yourself verbally as written in the German language
• You are interested in business processes and relationships in the real estate/trust industry
• You enjoy dealing with people, are communicative and enjoy working in a team
• You learn easily and quickly, and work reliably
• You are an organizational talent and like to take on responsibility
• You are curious and open to change
• You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
