- Erfahrung in der Verrechnung gegenüber internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen sowie im Ertragscontrolling

- For the organizational unit training (planning area) of login Berufsbildung AG in Olten, we are looking for an educational planner 60% as of September 1, 2026 or by appointment This is what you can do:
- You plan and coordinate courses, specialist training and inter-company courses (üK) and ensure economic utilization.
- You are responsible for the entire administration of exams, learning goal controls and qualification procedures in strict compliance with the guidelines.
- You maintain course elements in SF Learning, ensure data quality and create certificates and diplomas.
- You coordinate premises and human resources and optimize course occupancy from an economic perspective.
- You have the opportunity to work as a moderator on the school and adventure train and to accompany commercial apprentices as a vocational trainer.
- You support the economic preparation of the needs survey for SBB educational modules as well as the calculation, budgeting and billing of educational modules as well as revenue controlling based on the budgeting.
- You are jointly responsible for the request, allocation and billing of subsidies for inter-company courses üK in accordance with cantonal regulations. This is what you bring with you:
- Basic commercial education and, if necessary, further training at the HF/FH level
- At least three to five years of professional experience with comparable activities (administration, planning, organization)
