For our customer in Solothurn, we are looking for a:n experienced:n, motivated:n and open-minded:n Scrum Master.

Support and coaching of two agile teams in the introduction and further development of Scrum and agile working methods
Building and onboarding new teams as well as supporting them in making them quickly operational and self-organized
Organization and moderation of Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective
Support teams in the identification and sustainable solution of obstacles and blockages
Promoting self-organization, personal responsibility and continuous improvement within the teams
Close cooperation with product owners, stakeholders and other agile roles
Support of development and integration teams in a technical IT environment
Support for the optimization of processes, working methods and team structures
Promoting an open culture of communication and feedback
Ensuring a structured start and efficient cooperation within the new teams

Professional to Senior Scrum Master with several years of experience in agile software development or IT environments
Demonstrate experience in building, onboarding or establishing new agile teams
Very good understanding of Scrum and agile working methods as well as their practical application
Experience with technical development and integration teams
Ability to accompany two teams in parallel and make them work quickly
Experience in coaching and in the further development of agile teams
Strong communication, moderation and coaching skills
Ability to analyze obstacles in a structured manner and actively promote their solution
Secure appearance in dealing with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels
High social competence and a solution-oriented and binding working method
Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or comparable solutions
Training or certification in an agile environment, e.g. CSM, PSM or comparable, is an advantage
Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
