Main responsibilities
- You ensure clever planning and use of the available means of transport so that each pallet is in the right place at the right time
- As a dispatcher of the driving staff, you are responsible, among other things, for monitoring the tours and for compliance with the processes
- The guidance and support of the chauffeurs and contract drivers is part of your job
- You communicate with internal and external bodies to ensure a smooth process
- Customer complaints and claims?
