Director of Nursing Home (EMS « Le Pavillon ) Duties

Live and develop the EMS as a place of life

Bring the vision of the EMS as a real place of life, of meaning and of belonging

Lead the transformation, development and evolution of the institution in its organizational, human and structural dimensions
Ensure the coherence between the institutional project, the realities on the ground and the needs of the residents
Promote a culture centered on the quality of life, on self-determination and on the respect of individual rhythms
Build an accompaniment centered on the resident and their families
Deploy a global, personalized and evolving approach to accompaniment
Ensure the implementation and follow-up of personalized accompaniment projects (PAP)
Strengthen the participation of residents and their families in the life of the institution
Anticipate and structure the transitions (entry, stay, exit) to ensure the continuity of the paths
Develop an interprofessional dynamic around the life project of each resident
Integrate the organization, the teams and the resources in a coordinated manner

Strengthen regional and institutional partnerships to support innovation and the scope of action of the EMS
Strong orientation towards residents, their families and collaborators Facilitator posture in change dynamics
Ability to adopt a systemic vision while remaining anchored in the field A transforming institutional project, within a rethought EMS where:
